Intensive afternoon course for absolute beginners and improvers of Lambada. Taught by Bristish Lambada champion Michael Habrasewski. This is a rare opportunioty to bring one of the finest UK Lambada Dancers to South Wales. Mike has taught in the UK and Brazil, and currently lives in London where he runs a regular weekly scedule of classes.
12-1.45pm: Beginners. A full introduction to Lambada. Basic steps. Basic body movement including back, head etc. Basic partner work, learning to follow the lightest of leads and when to style your moves.
2.15-4pm: Improvers. Building upon your styling. Spin technique. Partner work. Dips
Those from the 1st class are welcome to stay for the second.
