Please note the following important changes to my classes:
1) Due to circumstances beyond my control, the following classes are no longer running, til further notice:
Newport - Bannatynes gym (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Tonypandy - Tonypandy Community College (Thursdays)
2) I am temporarily not teaching at Que Pasa.
But the good news is that I am still teaching at the following two venues:
Mondays (not bank holidays):
