The Marriott, Swansea are interested in hosting a salsa night. They have already held 2 very successful and enjoyable events, and are looking to build on that. They have asked for interest from at least 50 dancers, if so the event will go ahead, but obviously hoping to increase upon this number significantly.
So far, there have been no concrete plans, however the idea is to have a mix of salsa and Lambada. The evening would consist of a salsa warm up and brief class, followed by an introduction to Lambada class. HOWEVER! I must stress that the evening would be based on fun as well as learning, so don’t worry too much if you are very new to either form of dance. There would also be a Lambada and salsa show/demonstration. The Marriott has also purchased a larger dance floor than previously used, therefore there will be a lot more dance space.
