Salsa Caprice!

Salsa Caprice are made up of 9 of the best and loveliest female salsa dancers in the South West! All home grown Welsh talent. They got together under the wing of the lovely teacher and dancer Liz Fitzgerald and have been performing around Wales. They will be performing a fantastic salsa show at the party. Salsa Caprice are Liz, Aleona Saunders, Vicky Watkins, Rachel, Rose, Jemma Oldfield, Rhianna, Emma Jones and Kate James. DON’T miss your chance to see 9 of the best all in one place doing a show and get dancing with them afterwards!

Salsa Dancers, you all know these girls and have loved dancing with them and knowing them. It’s rare enough to have 9 of the best female dancers at a dance event let alone doing a show for you! It’s there first time doing this show in front of a dedicated salsa crowd. Please show them your support and give back a little of the lot they have given us!

Doors open 7pm. (upstairs).

Classes with Salsa Buena (Shahid & Leann) :

7.30pm Beginners Salsa
8.30pm Bachata (all levels - open to everyone)

£4.50 for one class/£5.50 for both classes.

NUS £1 off everything. (Please show NUS card).

Dancing from 9.30pm till 12am including show is FREE and open to all!

Salsa Caprice Dance Show - 10pm

Dancing from 9:30pm to 12am playing the best in Salsa, Bachata, Merengue & Reggaeton!

Don’t forget its Fancy Dress! Halloween theme of course. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. Everyone can help themselves to the free sweets and cake. Fancy dress not compulsory but you might feel a bit left out!

Notes for Halloween Party Patrons :

Witches
----------
Broomstick parking is available on the side balconies overlooking Cardiff Bay where you are also permitted to fly into and land. The casting of spells is expressly forbidden. However love spells with a dance partner that last the duration of the dance will be permitted.

Vampires
-----------
Blood red wine will be available at the bar. You are wholly forbidden from biting virgins necks and drawing blood.

Werewolves
---------------
The front balcony overlooking the bay may be used for howling at the moon. We would ask werewolves to please wear at least a pair of shorts to cover your modesty.

Frankensteins Monsters
-----------------------------
A separate generator will be available to plug into. However you will be limited to 10000 volts per hour only.

All other patrons in whatever Halloween themed fancy dress you choose please enjoy! Fancy dress not compulsory but we would ask that you refrain from eating or bringing garlic, wooden stakes, silver bullets and burning torches so as not to offend the other guests.

Hi All!!!

Now you may think that our previous Salsa Buena party nights have been very busy and popular (Moe Flex, Birthday night, Terra Nova Launch Party)... you may even think that our regular weekly salsa class and dance nights are very busy and popular... (you’ve either been, seen the pictures or heard about it!)

WELL you aint seen nothing yet!!!

Folks we have soooo many people coming to the Halloween Party this Wed the 28th Oct that its all set to be the biggest and best event we have seen in and around Cardiff for a very very long time! The list of fancy dressers is as long as both my arms and then some! We got escaped convicts, zombies, skeletons, vampires, Frankensteins, witches, mummys, etc etc etc (altho don’t forget fancy dress not compulsory), and lovely prizes of course for the best costumes!

Dance show from Salsa Caprice made up of the best of our very own homegrown Welsh female dancers doing a show and joining in the dancing! All the support that you are giving these girls (and lets face it we owe it to them for the great dances and friends they are to us!) is of course fully appreciated. I don’t know about you lot but I feel very very proud to be the first showcasing and supporting Welsh Talent like this. We hope this is the first of many occasions that we get to do this not just for Salsa Caprice but all the other upcoming local talent (Welsh or otherwise!) we have and that they and Salsa Caprice go on to great and big things beyond the borders!. :-).

Awesome night! So many people, we were packed out and with nearly all of you in fancy dress! A huge huge thank you to everyone that came down! Massive thanks to the lovely Salsa Caprice who did a superb dance show for us! What a night!! Thanks to the many many of you for your support and the great feedback!
