Back to basics workshop with Paul Healey

This workshop is for you if you want to learn bachata, improve your cross body salsa (including ladies styling) or learn about timing and musicality.
Paul will now be teaching a BONUS class on, ‘Finding the ONE beat’ where he will be sharing a few rarely taught secrets on how to hear the beat and dance on time to the music. Paul has produced a CD using software that isolates the instruments so that they are easier to hear and this will help you understand the music.
The day will start with two 45 minute bachata lessons covering the basic bachata steps, techniques and methods. These classes are aimed at those who have never danced bachata or for those who want to go over the basics. You will get an understanding of the music and learn simple routines.
After lunch, there will be three Cross body salsa classes. These will be aimed at those who already have a basic knowledge of salsa but would like to expand their repertoire and improve their technique. (If you already know Cuban salsa but would like to try Cross body, these classes would also suit you). Paul’s beautiful partner Elena will be sharing her ‘Styling Triggers Technique’ which alone will transform the ladies dancing.
As already mentioned there will be a musicality class as well now.
