¡Hola Salseros!
It has been seven weeks since our last dance and we can not wait to get this party started.
This month we do not have use of the small Somerdale room due to availability when we booked all of our dates six months ago and after having Moe Flex teaching last month we knew we had to offer something a bit special and by-jove I think we’ve done it!
Tim Heasman will be taking a beginners lesson for all of our budding Salseros before the Great Joseph Davids takes a high level improvers lesson. Joseph has not taught in Bristol for seven years and we could not resist bringing him and one of his dance troupe down to treat you all to a master dance class. It seemed that after finally getting a date free in Joseph’s diary, it would be a shame not to take advantage of some of his other skills. Therefore, not only will Joseph be taking a salsa lesson, he will also be doing a DJ set and later in the evening be performing a showpiece dance to entertain us all with Becky Howe.
So there you have it! A beginner’s lesson, improver’s lesson (with a top London teacher), Tim playing his sounds, Joseph ramping it up with his, a showpiece dance, tables full of chocolate, you’ve got the 100’ balcony, chill room and of course the all important... air conditioning!
