Hi everyone,
I’m very sorry to announce that Wednesday classes in Barocco will be finishing after this week. Tomorrow will be the last class. I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the night and made the classes so much fun to teach. It’s been a great laugh and you’ve all come on leaps and bounds - eventhough we’ve got tangled up a good few times! (Think CUBANALOCA!)
A lot of you have wanted an explanation as to why, since the classes have done well, and I have to say it is purely selfish reasons in that I’m finding it hard to commit every Wednesday due to work and family commitments. And since the students have been so loyal to me I really do feel very guilty for not being so loyal back.
I’m hoping to find another Cuban style teacher to take over as the venue is absolutely cracking, but those of you who would love to keep up the crazy moves I impose on you, we will have a monthly refresher class where we can all get together and have a practice and learn some more moves.
Come along tomorrow night if you can for the farewell party, there may even be cakes if my students live up to their promise! :)
