Hey All,

Brand new regular Tuesday nights with classes and dancing in Central Cardiff with Shahid and Irene (Salsa Buena). Due to popular demand we now have a regular central Cardiff venue.

A superb spacious club with bar, bags of atmosphere and a fantastic wooden dancefloor throughout. Currently we will have about 30 minutes or so of social dancing after the classes, we just need a couple of weeks to settle in and then we will have an official launch night with regular salsa dancing till late! Details to come.

Improvers : 8.30pm

Hmm, that’s now three competing nights on a Tuesday...

We’re not competing, I’ve been teaching salsa every Tuesday for the last few years around Cardiff and class numbers are good but sadly just lost Mujibs in gabalfa last week so needed a new venue. Town isn’t ideal but it’s hard finding a venue with a good dance floor in a short space of time.
Pure nightclub is a great venue that welcomed salsa so luckily we can continue our classes.

A big thanks to everyone, all our existing students and all the new ones that came to our new Tuesday night venue. It was awesome, and such a superb venue... :-). See you every Tuesday for more!

A quick note about parking. At that time and on a Tuesday evening free parking is pretty easy, nearby Park St which runs past the Millenium Stadium and the Western Mail and Echo has free parking as does the smaller road adjacent to it. (Behind the Western Mail and Echo). There’s also bags of free parking around the City Hall (King Edward VII Avenue and City Hall Road), which is only a 5 minute walk from where we are at Pure Nightclub.

Ok guys, after our massively successful party night at Pure Nightclub, (thank you so much to the many many people that came and have told us what a great time you had) you have all got to see what a superb venue it is.

As promised we now have extended social dancing after the classes, (9,30pm to 11pm and it can go on till later, its up to you guys!) which is free and open to everyone. Come along for classes and/or dancing and make it a party night like that every Tuesday!

Is there Rueda next week??

Hi Salsa Kiss,

We do the monthly Bachata/Rueda classes on the first Monday of each month and the second Tuesday of each month.

This means next Monday the 4th of Aug the improver class is Bachata ( for all levels) at our Monday venue at Fairwater Conservative Club. The second Tuesday of August at Pure Nightclub ( the 12th) the improver class is Rueda (for all levels).

All beginner classes are as normal. The following month this would rotate so the first Monday of Sept would be Rueda and the second Tuesday of Sept would be Bachata and so on. Hope that makes sense!!!
