There will be no classes at Barocco on Wednesday 7th May. There is still a class this coming Wednesday 30 April and classes will resume 14th May.

Shame! I’m not going to know what to do with myself! Has anyone been to the other Cuban Salsa night in Koko Gorillas? Anyone heard what it’s like?

I haven’t been but I hear it’s popular with students. A friend of mine (who is a very good dancer) tells me there aren’t many people there for the free dancing but the rueda is fun.

Hi Tom, thanks for that. Reckon I’ll give it a try next week when Baroco’s not on. Just came across their website www.salsaalocubano.co.uk and you’re right their rueda video looks pretty good.

I have tried that class - it’s wicked. The rueda is the best I’ve been to. They carry on the rueda in the free dancing. Would definately reccommend it, if you take salsa seriously.
