Message 10 · 18 Mar 2008 15:29 GMT Hi Richard, Thanks for your feedback on the class. I like to have feedback on my classes as it (hopefully!) will allow me to teach what you guys actually want instead of what I think you want. However I’m a little confused as to what you want. As advertised, the imp and int level incorporate la rueda. However most moves you learn in the class can be danced with a partner only or in the larger group. Every week we learn new Cuban style moves, for example last week we did Setenta una and setenta una complicada, the week before we learnt sombrero and balcero. Each one of those moves can be danced individually without changing partners. The fact that I call “dame” in between each move is no different from me saying “ladies change partners” in a normal class. As I said I aprereciate feedback as it helps to plan the class, so can you provide me with a little more details as to what you would like to see. Thanks Kate |
