Hi Kate,

One last question when will the prizes be given out for the top three who raised the most, as people don’t have to give us the money until after the 24th when we have done the event, so will you go by what is on our sponsor sheets or will the prizes be given out after we have collected all the money?

Hi Jemma,
At 7pm, I will be making an announcement at the event as to whether we’ve reached our £2k target, and during the buffet we will be awarding our top sponsors and running the raffle. Therefore sponsor money needs to be paid by 17th Feb - one week before the event. Whilst I can appreciate that sponsors will be handing over money before youve actually completed the task at hand, it is the only way to get a realistic picture of what we’ve raised by the time of the event to make these announcements.
