Just a reminder that we have edi the salsa freak biitcamp weekender on 8th - 10th Feb next year. So wouldn’t like dates to clash but we can’t chang our date si’m afraid

I have confirmed a date and venue for the Salsathon:

Sunday 24th February 2008
Heath Sports and Social Centre
Cardiff

Entry fee is £50 per person - don’t worry I’m not expecting you to pay this yourselves! Everyone will have a sponsorship form to collect the entry fee. I’ve set £50 as a minimum though - £2000 is a really ambitious target so I’m hoping you all have very generous friends and family to help you raise more than that!

I will have flyers this Thursday at Risa, but if you need any info from me you can always email me on katycubana@hotmail.com

Entry forms and sponsor forms will be avaiable in January.

Last night a few of you requested entry forms for the salsathon - thanks for the early interest :)
If you email me I’ll send out you a copy. I’m in Pontins this weekend though, so I won’t be able to pick up emails until Monday.

Hi everyone, if you have filled in your entry form for the salsathon please send it back to me asap, also indicating your prefered t-shirt size on the form as I need to order these.
Sponsor forms can be handed in much closer to the event.

If you need any forms, drop me and email and I’ll send one to you.

Thanks to everyone who’s started their fundraising already - so far one of the entrants has raised over £350!!! So the pressure is on for the much coveted top sponsor price!

There will also be a raffle with loads of great prizes donated by Starbucks, Tesco, PA Promotions, Haven Holistic Therapies, Nandos and Barocco Bar, with more generous offers coming in every week. So needless to say I shall also be harassing people soon to buy one of those!!!

If you havnt yet entered, then sign please do so soon and help us raise a massive £2000 for George Thomas Hospice.

Thanks to everyone who’s sent in their entry forms for the salsathon. If you want to enter but havnt done so yet, please can you hand in your entry form and £50 entrance fee by 3rd february. I’m providing T-shirts for all entrants with a list of entrants names on the back, and I need to confirm this with the printers by Monday 4th. You may still enter after this date, but your name will not be on the back of the T-shirts.

People have been asking me how do they know if I have actually done the 6 hours non stop, will we get some sort of certificate to show we have all done this?

I’m looking into costs for various options, and as this is a charity event obviously we’re limited. However, you will have something, whether its a certificate, medal etc...
And don’t forget your T-shirts as well!
