Hi folks
You may not know that there is a successful Salsa night at Que Pasa in Bristol (about 100 yards from Fiesta Havana) every Monday. We have 4 levels of class, starting at 8pm and finishing promptly at 10pm, then social dancing until at least midnight, often later.
Anyone travelling from Wales is more than welcome and we will certainly knock some money off the entry price to offset the bridge toll (let’s say £1.50 a head). We finish the classes quite early so you can get your dancing fix nice and early and have still have time to get home to bed!
The classes are taught by me (Ian), Louise and Laura. The later classes include shines, body isolation, on2 work (once a month) and Rueda (covering a syllabus of over 100 moves).
If you’d like to give it a go, this Monday we even have:
1) A hip-hop performance by the Funk It Up crew (very, very good).
2) Rueda.
3) Live percussion.
4) Free fruit to munch.
Its a really nice venue - come and have a dance!! More info: www.bristolsalsa.co.uk/salsasabrosa
Cheers,
Ian & the gang.
PS Thanks to Kate for suggesting I post here!
