There's one salsa night on the weekend in Cardiff, at The Wharf, Schooner Way, but when I've been, it hasn't been that busy. The busiest place is Thursday night at The Toad, Trinity Street. I don't know about Bristol. Isn't there ANYTHING in Swansea? I'll try to find out. If anyone has any information to help London bird, let us know. |

Message 13 · 1 Feb 2004 04:38 GMT Hi London Bird...
Poor you I know the feeling well. There is a new night starting in Swansea soon, but that will be during the week. Sunday night at the Wharf is now well attended and is probably your only option during the weekend in South Wales.
Charlotte also teaches at Bar ICE on the High Street in Swansea, but I don't have any further details. |

Edited by: hugh Message 14 · 1 Feb 2004 11:47 GMT I emailed Kate about her Llanelli classes and this is what she said:
I do indeed teach in Llanelli, in a club caled Le Caprice. It's every Monday from 7.00pm onwards. It's £3 and the classes are like this:
7.00 - 7.45 beginners
7.45 - 8.30 improvers
8.30 - 9.30 intermediate
The intermediate class tends to focus on la rueda more than anything else though.
Hope this helps!!
