We've all seen the competition - well, most of us did - but in the real world of the dance floor on a Monday or Thursday night, who would we elect as the best dancers?

I reckon my top three of partners who regularly dance together would be:

Andy and Lucy
Kevin and Lee
Thano and JC (!)

I'd probably put the four men in this group as the top individual men. Not so easy to choose the top three women - Katy, Gina, Jayne and Charlie (though I've never danced with her) should also be in the running.

Any comments or other names to suggest?

I would put Paul Gordon-Smith in the top group of men. His cheeky style is a breath of fresh air.

Pity he is no longer taking classes.

I did wonder about including Paul but as he's hibernating I left him out. I wonder what women think? What I like about Paul's moves is that they're cheeky and amusing without being offensive - I particularly dislike what are sometimes described as 'porno' moves, possibly because I'm in my 40s and stuff that JC can get away with would make me look like a dirty old man.
