Our classes are now run every Thursday at the Pontypridd Rugby Club, in Sardis Road, Pontypridd and also at the Saints Hotel, Llantrisant on a Monday.

Both these venues are within easy reach of the Rhondda Valley.

Our classes are course based, though.
12 wks for Beginners and a continous 6 wks for Improvers.

Hi, please could anyone tell me if there are any salsa classes in my area, I live in Tonypandy r.c.t., and if so are they suitable for beginners? I have always been interested in learning and joining a class, but its never been the right moment until now. Would love to learn.

I just wanted to say, that I have finally joined Tammi’s beginners class in Pontypridd - I live in the Rhondda near Treorchy.

It’s the BEST thing I’ve done in ages - Tammi is a great teacher and very funny, the other people in the class are lovely and a very mixed bunch, and me being a size 22 doesn’t matter at all. It’s starting at a very basic level that takes you on a gentle journey through to being able to dance confidently, and yes, I’m starting to lose some weight. More importantly, I feel so much better in myself. Having suffered with depression since having my baby, this is the first time I’ve really looked forward to doing something for myself in a long time.

I Love Thursday nights! SALSA on!

Hi does anyone know of Salsa classes near Mountain Ash? Can you just turn up or do you have to book?
