Message 1 · 17 Sep 2003 13:19 GMT Hi,
I have just moved to Cardiff, and have always wanted to try Salsa. Could anyone tell me what would be a good night for beginners. Also, I would like to meet people of a similar age to me - are particular nights/ venues more suited to different age groups?
Thanks. |

Edited by: Tom Message 2 · 18 Sep 2003 05:37 GMT I'd recomment Andy's Sunday night class (now moved to the Wharf) or alternatively Thursday night in the Toad. As far as age goes most Cardiff nights attract dancers aged between about 18 and 60, but there are more older learners in the class at Bar Med on a Monday. |

Message 3 · 18 Sep 2003 13:05 GMT Thanks for the reply. I'm in my early/ mid twenties, but most nights are good anyway I assume? |

Message 4 · 19 Sep 2003 00:26 GMT Most nights are good but some teachers are clearer than others - and some nights are better for learning at than others (for example, the only time I went to the class at Cuba it was packed with drunk students). |
