I’ve followed this forum on and off for a while as I’m sometimes in the area with work and like to salsa when I’m around!
But also wanted to mention that I just got back from a Salsa holiday in Cuba with a company which a friend just set up, and thought I’d share in case anyone’s interested!
Most of the teachers she works with are in a pretty prestigious dance troop called Danza Contemporanea (you can google them - they have european tours coming up this year!) and classes are really top notch. She also tries to give more authentic experience by putting you up with local families rather than in hotels, which is really good fun.
It’s not really package holiday, it’s very flexible and she just sets up the classes and accommodation, either for groups or individuals, and offers advice and support when you’re there. It’s amazing value and worth dropping her an email if you’re intrested! The site is vamoscuba.co.uk
