Hi Daniel,
It depends on what you’re looking for and if you’re prepared to travel, as unfortunately you’re a bit out in the sticks in terms being close to a location that has a significant Salsa night with a good level of social dancing after the classes. You may be able to find some small weekly classes in some of the larger towns in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, but they are likely to be only beginner to improver level and probably won’t have a significant period of social dancing after the classes.
However I know a few people in rural west Wales who travel to Swansea on Tuesday nights which is perhaps the only significant long established Salsa night with good social dancing in the area.
Please note the organisers have recently changed venues to Varsity in Wind Street, and because of this it is always worth checking with them or the venue before travelling, as it can take anything from a few weeks to a couple of months for a new venue to bed in. For example, next Tuesday 24 February at Varsity has been cancelled because of Football on that night, although hopefully this won’t happen on a regular basis.
If you’re interested in the Tuesday Salsa night in Swansea, click on the links below for further details, but please note that the organisers have not yet updated their website to include the new venue.

It’s also worth getting to know the Swansea crowd, as occasionally there may be one off party events in the area which they can also tell you about. I know the Swansea crowd quite well and they’re a good friendly bunch and it’s nice to see some of them come over to Cardiff from time to time.
Hope this helps.
