Been chatting recently to a lot of fellow salsa fans from Cardiff, about the lack of Salsa on a Sunday,

Sundays generally can be a bit ‘flat’, a fun laid back lesson with a little social dancing would be ideal to start the week off on a high

Although I didn’t experience it myself, I have been told that Andy’s class in the Wharf was ideal, both in its content and the venue itself.

I did however experience first hand, Andy’s classes in Q Bar and Aqua,
These were also ideal to full the Sunday night gap.

I am aware that Andy offers a course based class on a Sunday but feel that a Sunday night class would attract a lot of interest.

So come on get behind this, post your comments, support and ideas about Salsa on a Sunday and see if we can bring back Sunday night salsa in cardiff

Hi just to let you know that a salsa class has been running for over a year at chiquitos in the brewery quarter.the class format is beginners at 7.15-imp 8.15-9pm.this weekend Sunday 24th we are having a party which will be filmed and celebrating three bithdays mine charlottes and shahids all of us well known teachers in cardiff.the venue has a licence till 2am and recieved this because of our salsa lessons.my sister will also be there being filmed social dancing for the production of her new salsa dvd. Yep... I can confirm I will also be celebrating my Birthday there on Sunday the 24th of Aug (I’ll be 25! ;-))... will be great to see everyone there to help celebrate our birthdays.

As for the filming, as some people know myself and Irene had been approached by a video producer to film a beginners salsa DVD for worldwide release. We accepted and have done most of the filming, there will be some filming for our DVD on the 24th, mostly of myself and Irene social dancing, if anyone does not want to be filmed you only have to tell the cameraman and you will not appear. :-)
