We would like to invite all you lovely people to our Salsa Birthday party tomorrow 17th July at Bar Risa in Cardiff. It’s going to be a big one!
Salsa classes will take place as normal, we will have Andy DJ’ing then later DJ ‘EL D’ from Bristol will keep the floor filled, this is going to be a late one!
We have lots of people coming over from Bristol, Bath and beyond, it will be great to see you all there,

The prices are as follows:

8.00pm - 10.00pm Beginners
8.00pm - 10.00pm Improvers
8.00pm - 10.00pm Intermediate

£5/£4 (students) before 9.30pm

£3 after 9.30pm

Please arrive on time for your class
Free dancing from 10.00pm till 1.00 am

To me it looks like, if you go there about 9:00 and join in the classa and stay till 12:00 you’ll pay £6.00 for classes and another £3.00 for dancing between 9:00 and late... A few people have mentioned it...

No, the first price covers you for classes and dancing afterwards, £3 is reduced price entry for dancing only. Should be obvious really - nobody is going to go round a crowded club asking everyone for another £3!

Hi the original me,
I don’t know, it was done in The Toad! People were asked to pay if they wanted to stay later. When they paid they had a stamp on their hand and they were repeatedly asked to make sure that they had paid... For myself at Bar Risa I don’t know, that’s why I asked! I have been lead to believe that the prices have been increased.

Sorry, made a mistake... they only had their hand stamped if they wanted to have lessons

OK guys... I’ve also made a mistake as I copied and pasted the price information from the Salsa Cardiff page on what’s on and it appears the prices are now out of date regarding my post...

So the correct prices are as taffy has indicated:

Entry 8-10pm £6 / Nus £5
From 10pm £3 / Nus £2

Except of course The £6/ £5 NUS price also includes the period from 10pm onwards... In other words you will only pay a maximum of £6 whatever option you take!!
