I’d just like to say thanks to everyone for the support you’ve given us over the past 15 years! Especially Nigel May our resident teacher and Amparo (the girl on the door) who’s been the backbone of SalsaMania for years... It’s been a blast... at least that’s what my ear drums are telling me!

Wednesday night we decided to call it a day which is a little odd as it was a night! Anyhow thanks again especially to those of you who are old enough to remember the beginning! If I were to thank everyone individually the list would be almost as long as one of my standard posts hahaha

For the moment I’ll still be DJ-ing Salsa for Andy Witt at SalsaRisa in Cardiff … that’s every Thursday if anyone is interested but other than that it was lights out on SalsaMania, which is a great shame if not a little sad as it was one of the longest continuous running Salsa Club Nights in the UK if not the longest!!!

Sorry to hear that I remember Bar M days - my happiest salsa days! But will definitely come and recapture a few memories on a Thursday. Good luck to you all - my only regret is I never saw you dance el Diablito - do you ever?

Thanks for that lovely girl!... Do I Dance? I do but not like I used to unfortunately... I had a serious impact injury to my chest 6 - 7 yrs ago which kind of curtailed my dancing for many years. I could dance a few months afterwards but I always suffered on the following days, eventually I gave way to being sensible about dancing even now I can’t dance more than a few without consequences which is a shame as I love to dance, the problem when I do, is I dance at about 300 miles an hour hahaha

It’s such a shame your Wednesdays have come to an end! Although I didn’t make it as often as I would havne liked to of late, I always had a wicked time. Good luck to you and Nigel and thanks for bringing so many fab teachers down South :)
