Hi there my wife and are are very keen to start learning Salsa, but after reading the messages it seems to be very much a ‘lone’ thing. Neither of us have any problems with dancing with other partners but we didn’t want to be the ‘sad old married couple’.

I’m sure this is not the case.

Thanks

No, there are plenty of couples who go so u wouldn’t feel out of place. It’s a lot of fun, plus u could then learn at home with each other.

Oh dear. In that case I think I'm already in a “sad old married couple” -- I always go dancing with my husband. :-)

I disagree... I love watching couples dance... There’s something kind of magical about it... Admittedly, there are a lot of singles that go but many couples go too and like Lyndahedges said u get the added bonus of practicing at home!

I sometimes wish I had a partner to dance with... My ex refused to dance and wouldn’t let me dance with other men, which was such a shame. All you couples who dance together are very lucky to share such a special and intimate thing so be proud and don’t worry about us singles!!

Enjoy yourselves!
