That was hard work last night!

Andy... hope you got a discount from the venue... it wasn’t up to the usual standard by far!
P.S. Not asking for it to be passed onto the punters,

This is a very cryptic message. No-one who wasn’t there will know what you mean. Please explain.

I think the post title makes it clear.

Andy apologised at the start for the sticky state of the floor - the students had been in spilling their drinks the night before and the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned. Spinning was not easy. Apparently it should be back to normal next week.

The beginners’ class also got invaded by freshers’ week students as happened in The Toad last year.

Good night despite all that though.

Agreed - good night...

Liked the invasion of the Freshers - lets hope they keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback folks. Risa themselves were furious about the state of the floor. This was due to the cleaners not doing their job properly, if at all. Next week should be back to normal again.

Concerned mother

My daughter said the floor was hazardous - if there was an accident are the teachers fully insured please - from a very concerned Mother

I think if there’s a problem with the floor it’s the venue that’s responsible. I didn’t think the floor was hazardous, but it was sticky which made it hard work to dance on.
